Shipping policy
Each order is printed on demand, just for you, with close attention to our quality standards. We use only UK-made materials and produce everything in-house at our studio in Lincoln, England.
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it right away, aiming to dispatch by the next working day (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
FREE SHIPPING on orders over £20 / €25 / $30
For smaller orders: £2 shipping in the UK, €3 in the EU, $9 in the US, and £3 for the rest of the world.
Standard Delivery Estimates:
UK: 2 - 5 Business Days
Europe: 2 - 6 Business Days
USA: 2 - 8 Business Days
Rest of the World: 3 - 8 Business Days
Larger orders — especially those including framed items — may take slightly longer to process before dispatch.
Please note that tracking may be unavailable in certain international regions. Buyers are responsible for checking whether tracked shipping is supported in their country.
Tax Information
UK: Tax not applicable
EU: Tax included for orders up to €150
Rest of the World: Tax not included
For EU orders over €150 and all international (non-EU) orders, taxes and duties may be charged at customs.
Digital Downloads
Shipping does not apply to digital products. Once your order is complete, a download link will be sent to the email address provided. The link will remain active for 7 days. Digital orders are fulfilled within 1 – 3 business days.
Note to International Customers
Please note that the delivery times listed above are estimates. In some regions, customs authorities may occasionally hold shipments for extended periods. A shipment is not considered missing until 20 additional business days have passed. In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived by then, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll be more than happy to assist you further.
Note on Missed Deliveries
Our advertised delivery cost (including free shipping) covers the initial delivery attempt only. If an order is returned to us through no fault of our own (e.g. incorrect address provided, parcel unclaimed), the full cost of any subsequent shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Important Payment Notice for Persian Art Purchases
If you're purchasing one of our antique Persian art pieces, we recommend avoiding PayPal as your payment method. Due to PayPal’s automated security protocols, these items are sometimes flagged, which can delay payment processing by up to 72 hours.
This is a precautionary measure linked to modern-day sanctions affecting regions formerly associated with Persia. While these security checks are standard, please know that all of our items are fully compliant and not subject to any trade restrictions.
Kindly note that we are unable to dispatch any items until payment processing is fully completed.
