Our free shipping option includes tracking for orders of £15+ in the UK, €25+ in Europe, or $25+ in the US. Tracking is available on smaller orders if 'Shipping Upgrade' is selected at checkout.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after you receive your order.

A mount — also known as a 'mat' or 'passepartout' in some regions — is a border made from mountboard that enhances the presentation of an image and creates space between the artwork and the frame moulding.
Do all of your framed products include a mount?
Only products that specifically mention a mount on their product page include one.
Mounts are generally not needed for minimalist prints or images with natural borders.

Why is glazing not included with your framed products by default?
While glazing (glass or plastic) is common in framed art, it’s not always necessary — especially with high-quality materials. At our studio, we use heavyweight textured cotton paper with archival qualities that don’t require glazing for protection.
Benefits of glazing-free framing include:
- Colours appear more vivid without reflection or tint from glass/plastic. - Glass is heavy and breakable; plastics scratch easily or appear foggy. - No glazing means less packaging waste and lower shipping emissions. - Avoiding glazing reduces packaging size, weight, and shipping costs significantly.
We still offer glazing on request for areas susceptible to moisture, such as bathrooms, but for most settings, we recommend going glaze-free.
Yes, we actually have an extensive range of frames that can be made to order by a specialist framer.
